In the final, the capacity of life-long learning is an indispensable professional competence of a qualified teacher. It is mentioned in the English Curriculum Standard that a teacher should keep an close eye on the newest teaching theories and enhance their teaching abilities continuously.

From my viewpoint, under no circumstance can our teachers abandon life-long learning. To be a qualified teacher, we should spare no efforts to keep learning the advanced teaching approaches to meet diversified students' needs and surpass ourselves.
